How it works

  1. Prep: bake in the same size pan as your kit. Wash and dry the liner, seat it in the form, and close the clip.
  2. Stack: trim each layer with the crumb cutter, then stack inside with your filling, pressing each layer down firmly.
  3. First chill: 45 minutes in the fridge or 20 in the freezer.
  4. Fill: pour softened, custard-consistency buttercream or ganache into the gap, all the way around.
  5. Final chill: 30–60 minutes in the freezer, or 3–4 hours in the fridge.
  6. Peel: slide off the form, peel the liner away slowly, and erase the small seam line with the finishing scraper. Done.

Care

Hand-wash everything in warm soapy water and dry fully. This is a cold-assembly tool — heat damages acrylic, so keep it away from the oven and dishwasher. Never twist the form to release it; pull straight down. Store the liner inside the form with both bases inserted so it keeps its shape.

Does it work with my frosting?

Yes — American buttercream (softened to a custard-like consistency), Swiss and Italian meringue buttercreams, and pourable ganache all work. Whipped cream does not. Every kit includes our tested buttercream recipe.

What size pan do I need?

Bake in the same size pan as your kit — a 6-inch kit pairs with a 6-inch pan. The included crumb cutter trims every layer to the exact fit.

Will the sides be perfect straight off the liner?

Nearly — expect one thin vertical line where the liner overlaps. The included finishing scraper erases it in about 30 seconds.

Can I make ice cream cakes or cheesecakes?

Yes — the form works for any build-and-chill cake: ice cream cakes, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, and piñata cakes.

How fast is shipping?
