Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love baking with your Cake Form. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

The Smooth First Cake Guarantee

Follow the included quick-start guide, and if your first Cake Form cake isn't the smoothest cake you've ever frosted, contact us at support@cakeform.co within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you troubleshoot your technique, send a replacement kit, or refund you in full — your choice. This guarantee applies even if the kit has been used (of course — you had to bake a cake to test it).

Return Eligibility (standard returns)

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging (except returns under the Smooth First Cake Guarantee above).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@cakeform.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cakeform.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no expense to you. You will not be asked to return a damaged item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@cakeform.co.
