Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping — FREE on all US orders: typically delivered within 8–15 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. During peak seasons (holidays) delivery may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to become active. You can always reach out to support@cakeform.co for a status update.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us at support@cakeform.co within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate the change before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@cakeform.co. We will locate your package, and if it is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
